Message: Regarding the Infill Policy update to the Unified Development Code, I'm strongly in
favor of greater density within the city limits. In particular, I'd like to build an accessory
dwelling unit on my property, and it strikes me as an oversight that I may only do so in groups of
four or above a garage, but not in any other case. This doesn't seem like a logical set of
restrictions to me, and I'd greatly appreciate an update to these rules.
