Message: I'm writing to express my support for encouraging greater density in residential zoning
districts, specifically for allowing accessory dwelling units on ground floors. As a homeowner of
an usually large city lot, it is in our interest to build an accessory dwelling unity that is ADA
accessibly. Building above a garage would not accomplish this. Allowing for ground floor
accessory dwelling units is a great way to increase density within city limits and may also help to
alleviate some of the rental crisis. Thank you, Dana Flatow
