The City Manager announced that in accordance wit!' the original action of the Police Commission approving Patrolman Taylor for appointment and in concurrence with the re- commends tion of the Chief of Police, he had con finned the appointment of Patrolman Taylor as a member of the Police Department subject to the approval of the Connnission.
