scheduled a Tri-State ~ontana, Wyoming and Idaho Library Conference to be held in Jackson, Hyoming,
If-fJ May 1967. The City Manager recommended that Miss Margaret Hileman - City Librarian and Miss
Katherine Fisher - Asslt. Librarian he authorized to attend the convention and, it heing in the

Commission for a three year term ending 30 April 1967. I t was moved hy Commis s ione r Morro\\', se-
conded by Commissioner Langohr, that the Commission concur in the reappointment of Harold Rogg and

Fixe Chief Huber reported on his attendance at the Fireman's Command School connuctec1 at Yak-
ima, Wa~;hington, 10-13 April 1967. Chief Huber was very complimentary as to the manner in which
the school was conducted and remarked there ~vere some excellent sp('akers. It was moved by Commiss-
ioner Langohr, seeonded by Commi.ssioner Morrm.J, that chief Huber be highly commended on the ex-
cellent manner in whi(~h this report ~.Jas presented and that i.t be accepted and approved and the

The City Manager i.nformed the Commission that R. J. Studer & Sons of Billi.ngs, contractors I
for SID No. ~69, paving on North 15th, North Inth Avenues and liJest 13ea1l Street, wish to assign
the contract to the Long Construction Company of Billings, Montana. The assignment had been rc-
vie'lved by the E'1gineedng Department, also by the Act:i.ng City Attorney and it is in proper form.
In concurrence ,,7i th the recommenda tion of the City Manager, it was moved by Commissioner Morrow,
seconded by Commissioner Langohr, that the assigned be approved and the motion was carried by the

held 12-1~ March 1967. Commissioner Morro\.J gave a bri.ef resume of the speakers and the program
and commented on the value to Bozeman of information obtained. Mayor Sedivy extended the apprec-
iation of the Commission on the completeness of his report. It was moved by Mayor Sedivy, seconded
