An informal review of a proposed 102 unit residential development on Lots 1 – 3, Parkway
Subdivision. The subject property is located within the Parkway Commercial Planned Unit
Development.
B. 16425 Catron Crossing Variance and Master Site Plan(Rice)
2515 Catamount Street
This project originally was submitted as a MOD to the MSP. Because they are requesting a
Variance from the watercourse setback the application must be reviewed as a “new” Master
Site Plan with a final determination by the City Commission on both the variance and MSP.
C. 16407 Montessori Children’s House Site Plan(WerBell)
1450 West Kagy Boulevard
Site plan application for a 1,656 square foot expansion to an existing 3,600 square foot day care
center building on a one acre lot with related site improvements. The property is zoned R-4,
residential high density district.

C. 16494 Valley West Commercial Corner Concept Review (Rice)
NE corner of Cottonwood Road and West Babcock Street. One commercial building and
three apartment buildings with shared access and parking.

D. 16505 Town Pump 8 Expansion Concept Review (WerBell)
5200 South Cottonwood Road. Proposed 3000 square foot expansion to an existing fuel
sales and convenience store for gaming without on-premise consumption of alcohol.
