When I read about the concerns over a vibrant downtown I do not see any mention of the
proposed development on the east side of town. I've seen the drawings and the 3 apartment
buildings will have adequate parking and will bring the desired residents within walking distance
of downtown. It does not sacrifice the quality of nearby residents like the Black - Olive project
does. 3 stories on that corner would be appropriate. Please take that east side development into
