Site plan application for the remodel and expansion of an existing restaurant.

Resubmitted site plan application proposing a mixed use building with retail on the bottom floor
and residential on the top floor.

NE corner of Cottonwood Road and West Babcock Street. One commercial building and
three apartment buildings with shared access and parking.
