The Commission concurred tvi th the recommendation of the consul ting engineers also concurred in by the C-Lty Hanager and it was moved by Commissioner Lehrkind, seconded by Commissioner Vandeventer, 333 334 that the plans and specifications as presented he approved and the Clerk of the Commission be directed to publish a "Call for Bids" for the construction of the improvements with an opening date of Nov- ember 1, 1972 and to advertise for bids for the sale of bonds of District No. 511 in the maximum amount of $331,000.00 to be received 8 November 1972. Fol1m<ling a discussion, and noting that the plat conformed generally with the master plat of this area, the City Manager recommended that the plat be approved as presented. It was moved by Commiss Loner Vollmer, seconded by Commissioner Sedivy, that the plat bl~ approved as recommended and that the City Manager be authorized and directed to sign the plat as the Director of Public Service and the motion was carried by the following ,\ye and No vote: those voting Aye being Comr.l- issioner Vollmer, Commissioner Sedivy, Commissioner Lehrkincl, Commissioner Vandeventer I'Ind Hayor Grabow; those voting No, none. ~~<2-~:.
