It .was moved by Commissioner Vandeventer. seconded by Commissioner Vollmer. that Chief of Police Johnson be granted authority to attend the meeting and, it being in the public interest his expenses be paid from the General fund and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Comm- issioner Vandeventer. White for the purpose of installing, operating, using, repairing, replacing, maintaining and removing said Water Service Lines and an Easement andRight of Way Agreement for Sanitary Sewer Lines from Mike N. & Elizabeth M. Steiner for the purpose of installing, operating, using, repairing, replacing, main- taining and removing said Sanitary Sewer LInes thereto upon and across the above described property lying within the Ci.ty of Bozeman, County of Gallatin, State of Montana, was presented.
