Hello, This email is a follow-up to the previous email I sent regarding the Perspective Drawings presented at the 11/9/16 DRB meeting. I had a great conversation with Brian Krueger yesterday (11/21/16). He was very helpful in answering my questions. On the phone call, I clarified that the street level perspective drawings (view from the North on Bozeman and West on Olive) presented at the 11/9/16 DRB meeting were created by Mr. Holloran and HomeBase. I was informed that the drawings were created in response to a request for those drawings from the Bozeman planning department. Now that Mr. Holloran has illustrated his company's capability to create and willingness to provide these street-level perspectives to benefit the review process, I was pleased to hear that Mr. Krueger is also requesting additional street level perspective drawings from the Southeast and Southwest (from the view of the neighborhood) in order to give a full visual perspective view on how this project fits in with and impacts the adjacent neighborhood and historic Bozeman. Although the street level perspective drawings provided weren't completely accurate, they are a good start in illustrating the context and impact of this project. We think it's great that the planning department requested the original street level perspective drawings (from Mr. Holloran re: Black Olive) and that various perspectives images were willingly provided. We now expect that Mr. Holloran - with a desire to be transparent -- will be as responsive to and cooperative regarding the current planning department request for additional drawings as he was to the initial request. And, in doing so, we anticipate that he will submit these in a timely manner so that proper public notice and review is possible. We look forward to seeing the results of this new request for street level perspective drawings from the southeast and southwest neighborhoods in order to have full and fair disclosure of how the Black-Olive project will impact the adjacent neighborhoods and neighbors. Thank you for your efforts and public service. Sincerely, Kate Bryan 210 S. Black. 406-570-2839 KateBryan2000@gmail.com
