MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COMMISSION
l4 August 1972
The Commission of the City of Bozeman met in special session pursuant to Call by the
City Manager in the City Hall Building, Monday, 14 August 1972, at 11:00 o'clock a.m. Present
were Mayor Grabow, Commissioner Sedivy, Commissioner Lehrkind, Commissioner Vandeventer, Comm-
issioner Vollmer, City Manager Fryslie, Ass't. City Manager Keyes and the Clerk.
The special meeting was called to discuss and set the Tax Levy for the year 1972-l973 in
accordance with Section ll-1406 (5) R.C.M.t 1947.
Commission Resolution No. 1531 - Tax Levy for the 1972-1973 Fiscal Year.
Commission Resolution No. 153l setting the all-purpose annual mill levy at 58.5 for all
municipal purposes in lieu of the multiple levies authorized by statute, which levy does not
include any levy necessary to service and pay bonded indebtedness or judgement in additton to
the all purpose levy as provided in Section 84-470l.l and 84-470l.6 R.C.M., 1947, a tax of
3.0 mills on the outstanding General Obligation Bonds and a tax of...2.:1....mills on the assessed
valuation for deposit in the Special Improvement District Revolving fund was presented.
Following an inspectton of the resolution and a thorough discussion thereof, it was moved
by Commissioner Sedivy, Seconded by Commisstoner Lehrkind, that the resolution be passed and
adopted and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being
Commissioner Sedivy, Commissioner Lehrkind, Commissioner Vandeventer, Commissioner Vollmer,
and Mayor Grabow; those voting No, none.

There being no further business to come before the special meeting, it was moved by COmm-
issioner Lehrkind, seconded by Commissioner Vandeventer, that the meeting be adjourned and the
motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Commissioner Lehrkind,
Commissioner Vandeventer, Commissioner Vollmer, Commissioner Sedivy and Mayor Grabow; those voting
No, none.
