Present ~vere Mayor Grabow, Commissioner Sedivy, Comm- issioner Lehrkind, Commissioner Vandeven ter, Commissi (!ner Vollmer, /l.c ting City Manager Keyes, Ac ting City ~ttorney O'Connell and the Clerk. Commissioner Lehrkind opened the meeting with <l prayer and the following proceedings were had. Ninutes of the reeular meeting held 22 Harch 1972 ~vere approved as read. Hinutes of the Special Meeting held 27 March 1972 were approved as read. The Park department has need for a 1972 model one-half ton pickup truck ~vHh a six-foot fleet side pickup box with no trade, and the Acting City Manager requested authority to call for bids for the purchase of the truck to be opened 12 April 1972. It ~vas moved by Commissioner Sedivy, seconded by Commissioner Lehrkind, that the above request be granted and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Commissioner Sedivy, Commissioner Lehrkind, Commissioner Vandeventer, Commissioner Vollmer and Mayor Grabow; those voting No, none. ~ i. b.r d_!Y_.It e E.(~.E! : The Acting City Manager commented on the Library report and recommended approval thereof. Following recommendation by the Acting City Manager, it was moved by Commissioner Vandeventer, seconded by Commissioner Vollmer, that Ordinance No. 917 be adopted and that final adoption of Ordinance No. 917 be delayed pending receipt thereof and further consideration at a special meeting to be held on Thursday at 11:45 o'clock A.M. Ml2!1 rnmen t : There being no further business to come before the Commission, it was moved by Commissioner Vollmer, seconded by Commissioner Sedivy, that the meeting be adjourned and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Commissioner Vollmer, Commissioner Sedivy, Commissioner Vandeventer, Commissioner Vollmer and Mayor No, none.
