Present were Mayor Grabow, Commissioner Sedivy, Commissioner Lehrkind, Commissioner Vandeventer, Commissioner Volllller, Acting City Manager Keyes and the Clerk. 9,~di.!2.~ c e N~_J)2L.x:.~'Li-l!.f.1.r:..ciI':Jl5lJ.}}:.!-L900.? an ita ry S e5-'(, r l{eV(' n 1.1(' Bonel Is S i ((' : Acting City Manager Keyes introduced in written form a proposed ordinance entitled: ORDINANCE NO. 917 AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE BOZEMAN }ruNICIPAL SEHERAGE SYSTEM; PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF $l,325,OOO SEWERAGE SYSTEM PillFUND- ING PillVENUE BONDS, THE REFUNDING AND REDEHPTION OF ALL OUTSTAND- ING REVENUE BONDS, AND COVENANTS SECURING TIIE PAYHENT OF THESE AND FUTURE ISSUES; ~ING n~VENUES OF THE SYSTEM TO SPECIAL FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS FOR ITS OPERATION, }~INTENANCE, DEBT SERVICE, REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT; AND RESCINDING ORDINANCE NO. 887. The Ordinance was then read and considered by the Commission. Commissioner Vandeventer moved its final passaf,c and adoption, which motion was seconded by Commissioner Vollmer and upon roll call vote being taken on the motion, the follot-ling voted in favor therecf: COl;lmi ssioner Vandeven- ter, Commissionet" Vollmer, Commissioner Sedivy, Commissioner Lehrkind and Hayor Grabow; and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon the ordinance was declared duly passed and adopted, as ordered by the affirmative vote of not less than four fifths of the members of the Commission in accordance with the provisions of Section 1l-3250, R.C.H., 19!17. The ordinance was then signed by the Mayor and filed and recorded by the Clerk of the Comm- ission, and designated as Ordinance No. 9l7, and the Clerk was directed to cause the number and title thereto to be published in official newspaper at least once within ten days from this date, in accordance with Section 11-3254 R.C.M., 1947. ~0-..L()_l,,~I.:l}'!I~n t~: There being no further business to come before the Commission at this time, it was moved by Commissioner Sedivy, seconded by Commissioner Lehrkind, that the meeting be adjourned and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Commissioner Sedivy, Commissioner Lehrkind, Commissioner Vandeventer, Commissioner Vollmer and Mayor Grabow; those voting No, none. ~.:::J C~' 0'4 ~L_:(J ,', r;7Y a ~ ERNA v.
