Message: Dear Commission, I am unable to make the meeting this evening due to other
obligations. However, I wanted to voice my opinion on Item 4. I have two children currently
attending Hawthorne School, I drop them off and pick them up every day. I volunteer in the
classrooms and for the PAC and therefore I am coming and going often from the school. I have
never felt uncomfortable or had any issue with the proximity of the Taproom to Hawthorne School. I have never seen any inappropriate behavior from any patrons nor staff near the
Taproom. I personally believe this type of establishment models responsible drinking to our
children. I think this business created an unique and attractive detestation out of a old run down
building, making Bozeman even more beautiful! Thank you, Stacy
