project. While I understand the city's goal of increasing residential opportunities close to
downtown, I feel strongly that the negative impact of this development far outweighs the
positive. It would be a "neighborhood killer". There is no clearer way to say this.
There must be a way to increase residential units that does not destroy the aesthetics and integrity
of our neighborhood.
Please be aware of the impact this proposed development is having on our community.
We need to work together to find a solution other than the Black Olive.
