I would like to add to the public record the statement that without further definition and specific
plan of action for the concept of "car share" I do not feel the parking requirements for the Black
Olive Apartment complex are being adequately met. Furthermore from a more subjective angle
the height, width, and length of the structure does not in any way shape or form properly buffer
the neighborhoods to the East, South, and Southwest.
