I would just like to give you a few opinions on the proposed apartment building on Black and
Olive.
If it was only 3 stories high I probably wouldn't object to it in the same way but It seems like it is
extremely tall for the surrounding neighborhoods!
It has an outward aesthetic that doesn't remotely work with the area.
I don't think it takes into account the homes that it is next to.
I believe it will be a burden on parking in the area.
I don't get the sense that it is a project created with the community in mind.
I think they could learn from a successful project like the Willson Residences. That is a beautiful
addition to our neighborhood.
