Dear Commissioners,
While seeing the need for the increase of vertical population density in Bozeman, I am writingin opposition the the proposed Black Olive Development. I believe the aesthetics, size, lack of
appropriate onsite parking, and projected rent pricing of the these apartments are not in linewith the existing surrounding neighborhoods.
