To Whom it May Concern,
Bozeman is a growing community and we cannot stop the growth of this of this fantastic town. For this reason I am
not against the development of more compact urban dwelling so that we may preserve our open spaces in light of
this development.
However it is essential that we as a community plan and develop responsibly our beautiful town.
Paris is a gorgeous city despite its 8+ million inhabitants thanks to the fact that it is illegal to construct anything over
four stories high.
The main issue I believe is the parking. For 55+ units, 30 parking spaces is obviously insufficient.
I live at black and college, and already my neighbors and I deal with parking from hikers who drive up to take
advantage of Peet's hill.
We also bear the impact of overflow parking anytime there is a city event, marathon, festival, or even construction
on neighboring streets.
Please do not allow the development of any building that cannot at the very least provide one parking space per unit,
with the understanding that most American households have at least two vehicles.
Thank you for your time, hard work, and consideration.
