The Commission of the City of Bozeman met in regular session in the Commission Room, Municipal
Building, 18 November 1970, at 1:00 o'clock p.m. Present were Mayor Langohr, Commissioner Morrow,
Commissioner Sedivy, Commission Elect Grabow, City Manager Fryslie, Ass't. City Manager Keyes, City
Attorney Berg and the Clerk. I
Commissioner Morrow opened the meeting with a prayer and the following proceedings were had:
Minutes of the regular session held 12 November 1970 were approved as corrected.
Hearing, Resolution No. 1445, Intent to Vacate Alley Block 3, Beall's 3rd Addition:
This was the time and place set for hearing Commission Resolution No. 1445 on vacating the
dedicated alley in Block 3, Bealls Third Addition. Affidavit of publication of Notice and the Clerk's
certificate stating that all property owners had been notified as required by law was preseneted.
There being no one present to protest and no written protests having been filed, it was moved by
Commissioner Sedivy, seconded by Commissioner Morrow, that Ordinance No. 902 prepared by the City
Attorney, vacating the dedicated alley in Block 3, Beall's Third Addition be passed and adopted
as fo llows :
ORDINANCE NO. 902
AN ORDINANCE OF TIlE CITY OF BOZEMAN VACATING THE DEDICATED
ALLEY IN BLOCK 3, BEALLS THIRD ADDITION TO BOZEMAN, MONTANA.
The motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Commissioner
Sedivy, Commissioner Morrow and Mayor Langohr; those voting No, none.
Report: Flouridation for September and October:
The City Manager commented on the flouridation report for the months of September and October
and recommended the approval thereof. It was moved by Commissioner Morrow, seconded by Commissioner
Sed ivy, that the flouridation report be approved and ordered filed and the motion was carried by
the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Commissioner Morrow, Commissioner Sedivy and I
Mayor Langohr; those voting No, none.
Adjournment:
There being no further business to come before the Commission at this time, it was moved by
Commissioner Sedivy, seconded by Commissioner Morrow, that the meeting be adjourned and the motion
was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Commissioner Sedivy, Comm-
issioner Morrow and Mayor Langohr; those voting No,
