HomeMy WebLinkAbout1975-12-31 I I I Bozeman, Montana 31 December 1975 The Commission of the City of Bozeman met in regular session in the Commission Room, Municipal Building, 31 December 1975, at 1:15 o'clock p.m. Present were Mayor Sedivy, Commissioner Vollmer, Commissioner Vandeventer, Commissioner Lehrkind, City Manager Frys1ie, Assistant City Manager Wolf, City Attorney Berg and the Acting Clerk. Commissioner Vandeventer opened the meeting with a prayer and the following proceedings were had. Minutes of the regular meeting held on Wednesday, 24 December 1975, were approved as read. Authorize Absence of Commissioner Taylor - 31 December 1975 Upon recommendation of the City Manager, it was moved by Commissioner Vollmer, seconded by Commissioner Vandeventer, that the absence of Commissioner Taylor, from this meeting, be authorized in compliance with Section 11-3245, R.C.M., 1957, and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Commissioner Vollmer, Commissioner Vandeventer, Commissioner Lehrkind, and Mayor Sedivy; those voting No, none. 1976 Beer, Liquor and Wine License applications The City Manager presented the following applications and appropriate fee for Beer, Liquor and Wine License for the year 1976. Name Beer Liquor Wine After the Gold Rush $100.00 Corner Pocket Billiard Lounge 100.00 $300.00 Scoop 100.00 300.00 Superamerica 100.00 Valley View Supper Club 100.00 300.00 Upon Recommendation of the City Manager, it was moved by Commissioner Vandeventer, seconded by Commissioner Lehrkind, that the Commission approve the above applications for Beer, Liquor and Wine license, and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Comm- issioner Vandeventer, Commissioner Lehrkind, Commissioner Vollmer and Mayor Sedivy; those voting No, none. Commend Outgoing Mayor Edmund P. Sedivy It was moved by Commissioner Vandeventer, seconded by Commissioner Lehrkind, that Mayor Sedivy be highly commended for the outstanding accomplishments obtained and a job well done during his two year term as Mayor. The motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Commissioner Vandeventer, Commissioner Lehrkind, Commissioner Vollmer and Mayor Sedivy; those voting No, none.
