I am opposed to the current plan for the Black-Olive project. It is my belief that, although the
letter of the law has been followed, the reality of the project is that it is oversized for the location
and will overwhelm existing infrastructure.
I fully support increasing the population density in central Bozeman in an effort to curb the
sprawl across the valley. But I would like to see the infill done in a more thoughtful manner that
is respectful of the existing communities as well.
Please send my comments to the Design Review Committee and Design Review Board. Thank
