The perspective drawing submitted related to the Black-Olive project do not reflect how this
building will reside in context with surrounding structures and neighborhoods.
The pictures below show the IN-CONTEXT IMPACT OF THE Black-Olive 55 Unit High Rise
from the North and South. It is not an exact rendering with all the design details, but it does
show Mass & Scale related to black avenue and the historic district. The Mass & Scale of
this project needs to be substantially mitigated to a reasonable level.
Please see below and attached and make this a part of the public record for Community
Development (planning), the City Commissioners and the DRB (Design Review Board).
