To Whom it May Concern (Planning Board/Dept & City Commission):
Currently the Black Olive Project Design Review Board meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, November 9 and will be the
public's first chance to voice vital information about the development to the DRB. I understand Mr. Halloran will have the
opportunity to reschedule the DRB meeting if he deems it necessary. Because of the importance of this meeting to the people
of Bozeman we need to make sure if the date changes the date it not be changed to November 23rd, when so many people will
not be able to attend because of the Thanksgiving holiday.
