To Whom it May Concern (Planning and Community Development Dept. & City Commission):
The Black Olive Project DRB meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, November 9. As discussed in the DRC meeting
on 11/2/16; there may be a request by the developer to delay the meeting to update the design.
We; the citizens of Bozeman, believe that under no circumstances should this meeting be rescheduled to November
23, the day before Thanksgiving.
This change would detrimentally affect the public’s ability to attend and make public comment.
We believe that any efforts by the Developer or other entities to change this meeting to the day before Thanksgiving
are unacceptable.
