To Whom it May Concern (Planning Board/Dept & City Commission):
The Black Olive Project DRB meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, November 9.
We, the concerned citizens of Bozeman, believe that under no circumstances should this meeting be rescheduled to November
23, the day before Thanksgiving. This change would detrimentally affect the public’s ability to attend and make public
comment.
We believe that any efforts by the Developer or other entities to change this meeting to the day before Thanksgiving constitute
a strategy to limit opposition - and are unacceptable. If a delay cannot be avoided the meeting should be scheduled at such
time that is more accessible to the public.
