Subject:Please maintain the DRB meeting for Wed Nov 9th

I understand there may be a request by HomeBase to change the Design Review Board meeting, currently
scheduled for this coming Wednesday, November 9th, to Wednesday, November 23rd because of design
change issues. If this request were to be submitted by HomeBase, it would seem prudent, in light of the Thanksgiving holidayweekend, that the agenda for this particular DRB meeting should then be rescheduled to the following meeting
date in December (December 14th?). There are many folks interested in attending the meeting on Wednesday
November 9th, yet if the DRB meeting were changed to Wednesday November 23rd, I am sure the attendance
