I am writing to express my concern over the possible rescheduling of the DRB meeting to
discuss the proposed Black Olive Building. Please make sure that it is not scheduled for 11/23,
the day before Thanksgiving. As you can imagine, many people may have travel plans and would not be able to attend. It is very important that voices are heard on this project and efforts
should be made to assure that.
