enough parking. Downtown is already congested and this will make it worse. where are the rest of the
occupants going to park when the 35 spots are filled? It seems like there should be a parking spot for
every bedroom in the project. In addition retail will only bring in more traffic to an increasingly busy
intersection. I feel it is way to large and does not fit the historic character of the neighborhood. As a
South Black Ave. and long time Bozeman resident (30 years) I have seen a lot of change to the area,
some good and some bad. This seems like a step over the line. We need to remember what we all like
about historic Bozeman and do what we can to preserve it. Not let people take advantage of
inappropriate economic opportunity, exploit the situation and walk away with a large profit while
Bozeman is stuck with an eyesore and increasing congestion.
