The Commission of the City of Bozeman met in Special Session pursuant to call by
the City Manager in the Commission Room. Municipal Building. Bozeman. Montana. 29 May.
1975. at 7:30 o'clock p.m. Present were Mayor Sedivy, Commissioner Vollmer. Commissi-
oner Vandeventer, Commissioner Taylor. Commissioner Lehrkind, City Manager Frys1ie.
Assistant City Manager Wolf, and the Clerk.
Review Preliminary Planning for Budget for Fiscal Year 1975-1976
The City Manager explained that this Special Meeting was called for the purpose
of reviewing the preliminary planning for the budget for the fiscal year ending 30
June 1976.
A general discussion was had of basic policies for the overall operation of the
City Gove~nment.
Proposed Budget
The City Manager assisted by Director of Finance Grant Murie explained the
preliminary bidget and the revised budget format for the fiscal year ending 30 June
1976.

Ad;ournment
There being no further business to come before the special meeting, it was
moved by Commissioner Taylor. seconded by Commissioner Lehrkind. that the meeting
be adjourned and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those
voting Aye being Commissioner Taylor. Commissioner Lehrkind. Commissioner Vollmer.
Commissioner Vandeventer and Mayor Sedivy; those voting No. none.
