There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each action item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to three minutes.
D. Approval of Minutes: October 13, 2016 Meeting Minutes – Motion and Vote

G. Committee Report, Discussion, and Action Items: a) Subdivision Review Report: Carolyn Poissant (See attached) Recommended Motion: Having considered all information presented to date, I hereby recommend that the Commission approve the plans for the Yellowstone Theological Institute including a 6-ft wide concrete sidewalk along S. 19th Ave. and a 10-ft wide paved path running north-south roughly through the middle of the site, in alignment with the trail corridor indicated on the PROST Plan. -- The following item was previously reviewed at DRC and the attached memo was disseminated. Yellowstone Theological Institute: The final plans now call for a 6-ft wide concrete sidewalk (currently being installed) along S. 19th Ave. plus a 10-ft wide paved path running roughly through the middle of the site, which aligns with a trail corridor shown on the PROST Plan. b) Story Mill Park Update: Stephanie Gray c) Division & Gallatin Valley Land Trust Report: Jeff Hough d) Trails, Open Space and Parks Committee Report: Stephanie Gray e) Parks & Recreation Fees Update: Jamie Saitta f) Parks & Cemetery Superintendent Report: Thom White g) Parks & Recreation Director Report: Mitch Overton -- Review 2016 Department Goals h) City Commissioner Perspective: Carson Taylor
