The Commission of the City of Bozeman met in regular session in the Commission Room, Municipal Build-
ing, 26 December 1974, at 1:15 o'clock p.m. Present were Mayor Sedivy, Commissioner Vollmer, Commissioner
Vandeventer, Commissioner Taylor, Commissioner Lehrkind, City Manager Fryslie, Assistant City Manager
Wolf and the Clerk.
Commissioner Vandeventer opened the meeting with a prayer and the following proceedings were had.
Minutes of the regular meeting held on Wednesday, l8 December 1974, were approved as read. I
Application for Beer, Li.~r and Wine Licenses
The City Manager presented the following applications and appropriate fees for Beer, Liquor and
Wine Licenses for the calendar year 1975.

Upon recommendation of the City Manager, it was moved by Commissioner Vollmer. seconded by Comm-
issioner Vandeventer, that they approve the above applications and the motion was carried by the follow-
ing Aye and No Vote: those voting Aye being Commissioner Vollmer, Commissioner Vandeventer. Commissioner
Taylor. Commissioner Lehrkind and Mayor Sedivy; those voting No, none.
Reports
The following reports were presented;
Water Collector Director of Finance Cemetery
The City Manager commented on the above reports and recommended approval thereof. It was moved
by Commissioner Taylor, seconded by Commissioner Vandeventer, that the reports be approved and ordered
file and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Commissioner
Vandeventer, Commissioner Taylor. Commissioner Lehrkind, Commissioner Vollmer and Mayor Sedivy; those
voting No, none.
Report on Bicentennial in Montana - Dorothy Aasheim I
Dorothy Aasheim, Chairperson of the Gallatin County Bicentennial Community Group, appeared before
the Commission to present the background of the Bicentennial Community Group for the year 1976.
Following the presentation of the Bicentennial in Montana, it was moved by Commissioner Vande-
venter, seconded by Commissioner Taylor, that the City Commission approve the Bicentennial Community
Group in Montana and instruct the City Manager to address a letter to the Montana Bicentennial Admini-
stration strongly supporting the Gallatin County Bicentennial Community Committee. The motion was
carried by the following Aye and No vote. those voting Aye being Commissioner Vandeventer, Commissioner
Taylor, Commissioner Lehrkind, Commissioner Vollmer and Mayor Sedivy; those voting No, none.

Adiournment
There being no further business to come before the Commission at this time. it was moved by
Commissioner Taylor. seconded by Commissioner' Lehrkind, that the meeting be adjourned and the
motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Commissioner Taylor,
Commissioner Lehrkind, Commissioner Vollmer, Commissioner Vandeventer and Mayor Sedivy; those
