Municipal Building, 27 November 1974, at 1:15 o'clock p.m. Present were Mayor Sedivy, Commissioner Vollmer. Commissioner Vandeventer, Commissioner Taylor, Commissioner Lehrkind, Acting City Manager Wolf, City I Attorney Berg and the Clerk. I Mayor Sedivy opened the meeting with a prayer. and the following proceedings were had. Minutes of the regular meeting held on Wednesday, 20 November 1974, were approved as read. Purchase of New Truck for Sewer Department The Sewer Department has need for a one-half ton pickup truck. and the Acting City Manager re- quested authorization to purchase a 1975 Dodge W-IOO 131 ''WB Sweptline Pickup" in the amount of $3.862.42 with a trade of a 1964 Scout as quoted by Rolfe and Wood, Inc.. it being the lowest and best quote submitted. It was moved by Commissioner Vollmer, seconded by Commissioner Vandeventer, that the Sewer De- partment be authorized to purchase the 1975 one-half ton Dodge pickup in the amount of $3.862.42 with the trade-in, and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Commissioner Vollmer, Commissioner Vandeventer, Commissioner Lehrkind, Commissioner Taylor and Mayor Sedivy; those voting No, none. Review and Comment Form Requested by State Clearing House in Order to Process the FHA Application for the Story Hills Subdivision A revie~ and comment form received from the State Clearing House to be completed and returned by the City of Bozeman in order to process the FHA application for the Story Hills Subdivision was presented. It was moved by Commissioner Vandeventer, seconded by Commissioner Taylor, that they acknowledge receipt of the form and instruct the City Manager to complete the forms and return them to Overturf, Strand and Associates not later than 13 December 1974. The motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Commissioner Vandeventer, Commissioner Taylor. Commissioner Lehrkind, Commissioner Vollmer and Mayor Sedivy; those voting No, none. I Request of Professional Business Forms and the Fixit Shop for a IS-Minute Parking Zone. A letter received from the Professional Business Forms Service, Inc., and the Fixit Shop of 317 and 319 East Mendenhall Street, requesting a limited time parking zone of fifteen minutes during the hours of 8:00 o'clock a.m. to 5:00 o'clock p.m. on Mondays through Fridays was presented. Following a discussion, it was moved by Commissioner Taylor, seconded by Commissioner Lehrkind, that the request be tabled for a period of one week for study and recommendation on Wednesday. 4 Dec- ember 1974. The motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Commiss- ioner Taylor, Commissioner Lehrkind. Commissioner Vollmer. Commissioner Vandeventer and Mayor Sedivy; those voting No, none. Reports The following reports were presented: Library Cemetery Water The Acting City Manager commented on the above reports and recommended approval thereof. It was moved by Commissioner Lehrkind, seconded by Commissioner Vollmer, that the reports be approved and ordered filed, and the motion was carried by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye being Commissioner Lehrkind, Commissioner Vollmer. Commissioner Vandeventer, Commissioner Taylor and Mayor Sedivy; those voting No. none. Adjournment There being no further business to come before the Commission at this time. it was moved by Commissioner Vollmer, seconded by Commissioner Vandeventer, that the meeting be adjourned and the I motion was carried by the following Aye and No Vote: those voting Aye being Commissioner Vollmer, Commissioner Vandeventer, Commissioner Taylor, Commissioner Lehrkind and Mayor Sedivy; those voting ~. .00.."
