As a 25-year resident of the neighborhood, I am writing to voice my opposition to the Black Olive as it is
currently proposed.
The unit is completely and totally out of line with the character and feel of my historic neighborhood,
not to mention the impacts on parking, congestion and privacy of those living nearby.
We have been required for years to abide by the historic review guidelines for our properties, please
don’t give these developers a “pass” and allow them build this UGLY building. Make them adhere to the
same rules as everyone else!
Please pass this on to the design and review committees and board as well.
