“Reclaim” the development plans of the Olive Black Building proposal by HOME BASE. We
expect this will result in a building in scale and aesthetic integrates a long-time residential
neighborhood, respects the NCOD and community participation. Many of these same concerns are growing on West Babcock in the Cooper Park Historic District where the Pizza Hut site is now considered for an out of scale development. It directly abuts the historic district, has no
buffers, transitions of scale or aesthetic that relate to neighborhood character, adds to the traffic
problems on Babcock Street. We want to work together to make Bozeman a model of regulated
