Message: While I support the goals of maximizing density of infill development within the city
limits, discouraging urban sprawl into undeveloped lands, and wholeheartedly support non-auto
transportation in city, I have serious objections to Black Olive plan. Living at this intersection, I
am confident that proposed number of vehicle parking spaces will be entirely inadequate and will
degrade the QOL of south central neighbors and of downtown itself.
