I City Manager Keyes, City Attorney Berg and the Clerk. Minutes of the regular meeting held 7 November 1973 were approved as read. It was moved by Commissioner Sedivy, seconded by Commissioner Lehrkind, that the bids be opened and read. and. the motion was carried. by the following Aye and No vote: those voting Aye beinp: Commissioner Sedivy, Commissioner Lehrkind, Commissioner Vandeventer, Commissioner VollMer, and ~~ayor Grabow; those voting No, none. De'Le].2pmen~ Mr. John Rykel president of the Bozeman Downtown Development Association appeared to maJ:e a pre- sentation of the Bozeman Central Business District Study. He informed the Commission that they "ranted to keep the Commission informed as to what they have done.
