Multiple addresses along Competition Drive and Auto Plaza Drive
ZMA application to rezone eight existing lots totaling approximately 19.45 acres from
Business Park, BP district to Community Commercial, B-2 district.
F. 16416 South University District Subdivision Block 5 Pre App (Krueger)
Southeast corner of the South 19th Avenue and Kagy Boulevard
Subdivision pre-application plan review for the subdivision of Lot 3 South University District
Subdivision, Phase 1 into two lots in the Residential Emphasis Mixed Use District.
G. 16422 Embassy Suites/Hampton Master Site Plan Informal (Krueger)
South of Baxter Lane between a future extension of North 15th and North 11th Avenues.
Proposed master plan, PUD and minor subdivision for the development of a five lot,
multiphase development including a 200 room Hampton Inn/Embassy Suites hotel, a
restaurant and commercial building and the extensions of Tschache Lane and North 15th
Avenue.

Northeast corner of Tamarack Street and North 7th Avenue. Commercial building with
convenience uses and drive through on pad site in front of the Universal Athletic building
with shared parking and access. DRC comments due November 2.
