RECOMMENDATION: Authorize City Manager to sign BACKGROUND: Attached is one copy (original to Robin Crough), of the partially executed
Water Pipeline and Access Easement and Agreement required as a
condition of the KMB-SJB master site plan application. Engineering staff
has reviewed the easement and found it to be acceptable.
FISCAL EFFECTS: N/A
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
