FCG proposes a six month contract from November 2016 to May 2017 in order for FCG to
become familiar with the Montana League of Cities and Town’s legislative agenda as well as
The City of Bozeman legislative priorities and meet the Bozeman City officials.
Amy Fisher will set up and attend meetings with The Bozeman City Manager or and other
designated points of contact before then as needed to set the legislative priorities agenda and
meet with city officials. Amy will attend City Commissioner meetings to listen to the issues
coming before the Commission.
Amy would like to host a reception for elected legislators and invite all the city and county
officials and other important community leaders in late November or early December.
FCG would prefer to have a set flat monthly rate that would include all trips to Bozeman and
conference calls.
Additional costs:
A Capital Hill Day or legislative reception in Bozeman in November or December. The City can
set the budget depending on whether they want a dinner or just light appetizers and other
factors. I will make arrangements and send out the invitations.
