Resolution 4733, Authorizing Change Order Number 1 with COP Construction for the 2016 Bridger Drive Trunk Sewer Main Project (Murray) Consider the motion: I move to approve Consent Items 1-7 as submitted. Resolution 4723, Levying and Assessing Delinquent Water, Sewer, Stormwater, Garbage and Recycling Charges (Rosenberry) Consider the motion: I move to approve Resolution 4723, Levying and Assessing Delinquent Water, Sewer, Stormwater, Garbage and Recycling Charges. 2. Resolution 4725, Levying and Assessing Delinquent Snow Removal Charges (Rosenberry) Consider the motion: I move to approve Resolution 4725, Levying and Assessing Delinquent Snow Removal Charges. 3. Resolution 4726, Levying and Assessing Delinquent Sidewalk Install or Repair Charges (Rosenberry) Consider the motion: I move to approve Resolution 4726, Levying and Assessing Delinquent Sidewalk Install or Repair Charges. 4. Amendment to the 2017-2021 Streets Impact Fee Capital Improvement Plan to Accommodate 1) Moving the Design and Construction on North 27th Avenue from FY18 to FY17, 2) Adding the City of Bozeman Portion of the Traffic Demand Manager Position as Approved in the Budget, 3) Adjusting the Budget for Completion of the Graf Street Extension, and 4) Adding the Purchase of the Right-of-Way for Fowler and Davis (Woolard) Consider the motion: I move to amend the 2017-2021 Street Impact Fee Capital Improvement Plan to incorporate the revisions requested in the Public Works Director’s memorandum to the City Commission dated October 3, 2016. 5. Resolution 4731, Amending the City’s Annual Budget for Street Impact Fee Appropriations for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2017 (FY17) (Rosenberry) Consider the motion: I move to adopt Resolution 4731, Amending the City's Annual Budget for Street Impact Fee Appropriations for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2017 (FY17). 6. A Conditional Use Permit (CUP) and Site Plan to Allow the Construction of a 216 Apartment Complex Located at 3605 Baxter Lane, Lot R, Baxter Meadows Phase 2B Major Subdivision; Application Including Provision of Parkland, Open Space and Other Related Site Bozeman City Commission Agenda, October 3, 2016 Page 3 of 3 Improvements, CUP Allowing Residential Use on the Ground Floor in a B-2 District (Quasi- Judicial) (Rogers) Consider the motion: Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public comment, and all the information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application 15439 and move to deny the Sundance Apartments Conditional Use Permit. 7. Appointments to the Bozeman Area Bicycle Advisory Board (Michalson) Consider the motion: I move to appoint two applicants to the Bozeman Area Bicycle Advisory Board with an existing term expiring on December 31st, 2016 and December 31, 2017 respectively. 8. Reappointments to the Tree Advisory Board (Michalson) Consider the motion: I move to reappoint two members to the positions of Professor of Horticulture and Arborist with updated terms expiring June 30, 2018 on the Tree Advisory Board.
