being built south of the Town Pump located on S Cottonwood Road.
We live in the Loyal Garden Subdivision located across the street from this proposed project.
We highly disagree with this type of business being built in that lot. This is a neighborhood environment
and the thought of having a casino and what activities it invites is unacceptable.
Within a 3mile radius there are 4 casinos that can be easily accessed for a patron looking for that type of
entertainment at this time.
We also believe it will be a safety issue on S Cottonwood Road. This road is already highly trafficked
during the day and to add extra cars, especially at night with the potential of drunk drivers does not
make any sense to us.
Please take these points into consideration when reviewing the proposed project for Lucky Lil's Casino.
