I am writing in regard to the proposed Lucky Lils at the corner of Cottonwood and Huffine. I feel
this is an inappropriate location for a gaming, alcohol consumption business. Loyal Gardens, where I live,
is right across the street. There is a possibility of other subdivisions being built around this area in the
future. Families are out riding bikes, walking dogs etc. and I don’t think this is the right location for this
business.
