Meadows Subdivision Park 1

RECOMMENDATION: Approve the License Agreement with the MT Larkspur LLLP for
installation of concrete walk, irrigation, and turf grass in Oak Meadows Subdivision Park 1, as part
of the Larkspur Apartments project, and authorize the City Manager to sign the Agreement (Attachment A).
BACKGROUND: As a condition of approval for the Larkspur Apartments site plan, the
developer is required to install a 10-ft wide paved, multi-use path (as shown on the PROST Plan
below) along with turf grass and irrigation in the existing park land that was dedicated with Oak
Meadows subdivision. This License Agreement will allow the developer to construct the required improvements on existing City of Bozeman park property.

ALTERNATIVES: Per Commission.
FISCAL EFFECTS: The improvements will be maintained by the developer or property
management company. ATTACHMENTS: Attachment A – License Agreement and insurance certificate
