HomeMy WebLinkAbout09-12-16 Public Comment - Griffin - Story Mill ZMABozeman City Commission: (In regards to 1.6 acres at intersection of Story Mill Road and Bridger Drive) Since the initial zoning commission meeting of August 16, we have decided to NOT oppose this zoning change to R-4. Some type of development on this property seems inevitable and we would think that Mr. Brandner, out of self interest, will develop something that will not detract from use and enjoyment of his home. We hope and expect that such development will not seriously impact on the use and privacy of our home. Future development immediately adjacent to Hillside Lane concerns us and the zoning powers should pay greater attention to the impacts on the long-established true neighborhood of Hillside Lane.
