Consider the motion: I move to approve Commission Resolution 4709, Setting Mill Levies for
Fiscal Year 2016-2017 (FY17).
2. Resolution 4710, Amending the City’s Annual Budget to Include Items to be Funded with

Consider the motion: Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public
comment, and all information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff
report and recommend approval of the Zone Map Amendment Application 16300 with
contingencies.
