Lamme and N. 11th and S. Rouse and E. Lincoln. BACKGROUND: On December 1, 2015, the City implemented a Stormwater Utility to improve the management of its stormwater discharges. The Stormwater Utility collects and allocates $1.2 million annually for these efforts, which include reoccurring system maintenance, program administration, infrastructure upgrades, and system enhancements. Staff solicited two quotes for this project to meet the City’s purchasing policy for services totaling between $5,000 and $79,999. Duneman Construction Inc. submitted the low bid at $76,440, which was in-line with the engineer’s estimate. UNRESOLVED ISSUES: None ALTERNATIVES: Disapprove FISCAL EFFECTS: The Stormwater Division’s FY16 budget includes approved funding for the cost of this project.
