SUBJECT: Bridger Drive Trunk Sewer Main Sewer Pipeline and Access Easement and Agreement.
MEETING DATE: September 12th, 2016

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to sign the Sewer Pipeline and Access
Easement and Agreement.
BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy of the Sewer Pipeline and Access Easement and
Agreement from The Trust for Public Land. The easement is to accommodate the installation of
a trunk sewer main along Bridger Drive from the City’s Story Mill Park property to Story Mill
Road. Engineering staff has reviewed the document and found it to be acceptable.
