SUBJECT: Bridger Drive Trunk Sewer Main – Agreement for Extension of Sewer Service across City Parkland.
MEETING DATE: September 12th, 2016

RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the City Manager to sign the Agreement for Extension of
Sewer Service across City Parkland.
BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy of the Agreement for Extension of Sewer Service across
City Parkland with The Trust for Public Land. The agreement would allow the Trust for Public
Land to extend sewer from Story Mill Road to their property across the intervening strip of City
Parkland. The park contains the trail that runs along Story Mill Road. Engineering and legal
staff have reviewed the document and found it to be acceptable.
