SUBJECT: 2014 Wastewater Collection System Facility Plan Update - Amendment No. 7
MEETING DATE: September 12th, 2016
AGENDA ITEM TYPE: Consent
RECOMMENDATION: Approve and authorize City Manager to sign Amendment No 7 to the
Professional Services Agreement.
BACKGROUND: Attached is a copy of the partially executed Amendment No. 7 with
Morrsion Maierle for the 2014 Wastewater Collection System Facility Plan Update. A
previously approved amendment added the design services for the trunk sewer main across MSU
property to ultimately serve the South University District area. The design is complete, and the
project has been bid and awarded. The previous amendment did not include the construction phase services that are now being added.
The document is in the City’s standard format.
UNRESOLVED ISSUES: None
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission
FISCAL EFFECTS: $122,819 to be paid from the Wastewater fund, Wastewater Impact Fee fund, and Water fund.
